Building a Mediterranean Water and Energy Community

Quote of the Month

“Rather than searching for unity, we should note diversity. At the human level, this ethnic, linguistic, religious and political diversity was constantly subject to external influences from across the sea, and therefore in a constant state of flux.”

Preparations for AMWAJ 2020 in Beirut

AMWAJ Forum hosts its third edition on 8 October 2020 in Beirut as part of World Energy Week, co-organized with the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC). This is a great opportunity to integrate energy and water issues to bridge the gaps in policy, advance science communication and discover inspiring stories on the ground.

For our upcoming forum, we are happy to announce we’ll be partnering with CEWAS Middle East to host a Media Lab Hackathon, connecting journalists and communication professionals to water and energy entrepreneurs and start-ups from the CEWAS Middle East Network.

Get in touch to be part of the AMWAJ Community!
