AMWAJ supported the fundraising campaign of the citizens’ initiative aimed at saving the natural site of the Pirate’s Tower (La Torre Pirata) in Godella, Valencia. A group of neighbors organized themselves to fight against the urbanization project through legal and political pathways, which are ongoing. They reached their crowdfunding goal of € 2.010 in October 2023.
