Sofía Tirado Sarti is a fellow in the Energy and Climate Programme at the Elcano Royal Institute and a lecturer in Quantitative Economics at various Spanish universities. She holds a PhD in Economics and a Master’s in Public Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her doctoral thesis received the AECA–Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain Award. She has contributed to national and international research projects on water, climate, and circular economy, including the EU-funded B-WaterSmart project.
